Our aim is to primarily contribute to the development of your child into a life-affirming, enjoyer of exploring, and socially competent personality. For us, the communication of a deep-rooted enjoyment of life and a sense of self-worth occupy centre stage. To achieve this we always look for the best balance of phases of loving attention, active learning, free play, shared activities and rest. Our main educational concept, the situation-orientated approach, exists in a nutshell, to consider the individual needs of the children at any particular point of time and to recognize and encourage each child’s uniqueness. Using the development of basic skills such as honesty, attentiveness and social competence we set a solid base for an ideal early childhood education and development. We encourage this by using a wealth of positive suggestions in all educational areas. We use the enormous motivation and curiosity of the children and guide them independently and playfully in their discovery of the world. Our educational concept is based on Bayern’s Schooling and Education plan (BEP).
