Provides customer with on-site and remote support and installation of Avaya Communication Manager CS1k managing all software changes at key sites globally. as part of wider support team.
- Coordinates and manages third part onsite interactions for Carrier escalation.
- Must be prepared to work overtime at short notice.

e cabable of working in a pressure filled enviroment education to diploma or equivalent and a minimum of two years experience with telecommunications systems.
Should possess a high level of working knowledge in the following specialty areas:: modems, routers, DSU’s, Ethernet, TCP/IP, addressing/routing tables,Voice:
Nortel/ Avaya products Telco Systems g, database management systems, troubleshooting and restoration,
Programming and system configurations on PBX and voice mail systems, configuration of large and complex PBX systems, advanced PBX featuresMust possess a valid driver’s license.
LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read, analyze, and interpret engineering drawings and specifications, common scientific and technical journals, and other documents. Communicates effectively in both oral and written English technical language..
REASONING ABILITY Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret a variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
